Where to See Fall Color in Arizona

Arizona may be better known for its saguaro cactuses and red rocks than for its fall color, but determined leaf peepers are sure to be delighted by the show that’s put on here every October.

From the famous yellow aspens in Northern Arizona to the bright orange maple leaves in the mountains of central and southern Arizona, there is something for everyone to discover throughout the state.

See the famous groves of aspen aglow in brilliant shades of gold. This is easy enough for the whole family, but you will be sharing the trail with others (and maybe a LOT of others).

Barbershop Trail, Mogollon Rim
